- How do I know if my graphic is suitable?
300 dpi at 100% size
What does this mean?
Image resolution is measured in "dpi" (dots per inch). A digital image is made up of many tiny, colored dots called pixels. A higher amount of dots per inch makes an image more crisp and clear. If we receive an image with a lower resolution, we cannot simply enlarge the image, because the "dots" become larger to fill the increased space. It's easier just to show you an example.
When you send a graphic with your order, we will check it to make sure that it meets our requirements. Feel free to send an email with your graphic prior to placing an order if you are not sure that the graphic is suitable.

- Can I use a picture of my favorite celebrity or my favorite team's logo?
Unfortunately not. Images of celebrities, logos, and images from websites are protected by licensing and trademarks. I am not permitted to use them to make a profit on my products. If you are looking for ideas for images, you might want to look at Clipart.com. We have a membership there, so you can just send us the link to the image you would like, and we can download it.
